LeBron, eager to get back to the NBA
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James admitted he is excited for the return of the NBA season, as long as no player or individual is guaranteed to fall in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
LeBron said in an interview that he hopes the NBA will retire soon.
According to James, just like him and his teammates, the whole Lakers organization wants to play.
However, they do not want to jeopardize the health of any player, and their family.
So far James has said that the pandemic is out of control, and all they need to do now is focus on data and numbers.
Note that the NBA games were suspended on March 11 after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert was positive for the coronavirus. 38-year-old James Yap dreams of winning the championship title for Rain or Shine before finishing his career.
Seven PBA titles have been won by the two-time MVP, but all have been included in the Purefoods franchise.
According to the basketball player, he wants to win the Elasto Painters championship for the late Margeret Yu, mother of Rain or Shine co-owner Raymund Yu.
Yu matriarch has been Yap's number one supporter since playing for Welcoat in the Philippine Basketball League.
Yap is among the PBA seniors today, and only a few of his peers like his friend PJ Simon of Magnolia are planning to retire after Season 45.
The former University of the East star, meanwhile, admits he has never considered what his life will be like after basketball, as his goal is now to be able to champion Rain or China.
It will be remembered that RoS failed to make it to the finals after losing in the best of the 7 semifinals series against Yap's former team Magnolia.
